The Pawbol PW-S-BOX316 is an IP65 junction box measuring 150x110x70mm, in grey colour and without pre-installed cable glands, suitable for electrical installations, cable junctions, automation, lighting and technical applications where connection protection is required.

The box corresponds to the Pawbol S-BOX 316 manufacturer model and is intended for surface / wall mounting. The IP65 protection rating provides protection against dust and water when the enclosure is correctly installed and the cable entries are sealed with suitable cable glands or sealing accessories.

Technical description
The PW-S-BOX316 features 150x110x70mm dimensions, grey opaque cover and construction without pre-installed cable glands. This version is suitable when the installer needs to define the position, number and diameter of cable entries according to the installation requirements.

Typical applications
Suitable for cable junctions, low-voltage electrical installations, lighting, CCTV, alarm systems, automation, sensors, technical rooms, warehouses, workshops, small mechanical installations and protected outdoor applications.

Installation note
To maintain the IP65 protection rating, any drilled openings must be sealed using suitable cable glands, gaskets or cable entry accessories. The cover must be properly fitted and should not be deformed during mounting.

Before installation, available internal space, number and diameter of cables, mounting method, required ingress protection and environmental conditions must be checked. The PW-S-BOX316 is a junction box without pre-installed cable glands and differs from the PW-S-BOX306 version, which includes 10 cable glands.
