Users agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or offensive content; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; distribute malicious software; or violate any applicable law.
You may return products and request replacement or refund in cases where: (a) the product delivered differs materially from what was ordered, or (b) the product has a manufacturing defect. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

In accordance with Law 2251/1994 (as amended) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without any penalty, subject only to the cost of returning the product.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the product. For orders of multiple products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires, via one of the following:
If your purchase was made as a business (with a VAT invoice), this right of withdrawal does not apply; please contact us regarding any returns or exchanges under the applicable terms of our commercial agreement.
We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
You must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The product must be complete, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation, accompanied by the proof of purchase. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period expires.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product — i.e. you may examine it as you would in a physical store, but not use it beyond that.
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Orders placed by 15:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times vary by location: next day for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Larissa; 2–3 business days for the rest of Greece and Crete; longer for islands and remote areas.
This site is operated by TRIDIMAS ELECTRONICS S.A. in Athens, Greece. Greek law governs the use and interpretation of these terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
