The UNI-T UT262A Non-Contact Phase Sequence Detector 70-600VAC 40-70Hz Clamp 1.6-16mm is a non-contact clamp-type phase detector for phase-sequence, live-voltage, missing-phase and broken-wire checks.

Technical description

UT262A detects 70-600VAC at 40-70Hz without direct electrical contact. Its three sensor clamps accept conductors approximately 1.6-16mm in diameter. LED and buzzer indications show positive/negative phase sequence, missing phase and live-wire status. Auto power-off occurs after approximately 3 minutes.

Indicative applications

Suitable for electrical panels, three-phase motors, HVAC systems, industrial maintenance and checking phase rotation before motor startup.

Compatibility note

This is a non-contact phase-sequence detector, not a multimeter. The clamps must be placed on separate insulated conductors within the specified diameter range.
