The STMicroelectronics L7815CV Positive Linear Regulator 15V 1.5A TO-220 is a fixed 15V positive L78-series linear regulator with output current up to 1.5A in TO-220.

Technical description

The L7815CV provides a regulated +15V output and includes current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe-area protection. The CV version is through-hole TO-220.

Indicative applications

15V analog supplies, op-amp circuits, audio/control electronics and repair of linear supplies.
