The STMicroelectronics L6205N Dual Full-Bridge DMOS Motor Driver 52V PowerDIP-20 is a dual full-bridge DMOS driver for two DC motors or one bipolar stepper, with supply up to 52V and 5.6A peak current.

Technical description

The L6205 integrates two complete DMOS bridges, fast freewheeling diodes and protection functions. It operates from 8-52V and the N version uses PowerDIP-20.

Indicative applications

DC motors, bipolar steppers, robotics, industrial automation and motion-control repair.
