The SIGMA IRIS POLICE is a Grade 3 self-powered external alarm siren in white, featuring alternating blue-red LED Flash and an additional sound that simulates a police vehicle siren. Acoustic output is 122dB at 1m.

Technical description

The IRIS POLICE uses a magnetodynamic siren and an integrated Flash with five high-brightness, low-consumption LEDs. The alarm input provides five different sound patterns plus an additional police-siren sound, which can be activated by interruption of positive or negative voltage. Standby current consumption is 9.5mA when the LEDs are off.

The external enclosure is made of 4mm Polycarbonate and includes an internal metal cover. TAMPER protection is provided against both opening of the external enclosure and removal of the siren from the wall. Sound selection and standby Flash operating mode are configured using buttons on the PCB.

Suitable for external alarm installations in homes, shops, offices, warehouses, commercial premises and security systems requiring high acoustic output combined with alternating blue-red Flash indication and an additional police-siren sound.

Compatibility note

The IRIS POLICE accepts a 12V/2.3Ah or 12V/1.3Ah battery. Before installation, verify polarity, alarm-panel activation method, TAMPER wiring and the selected sound and Flash operating mode.
