The onsemi MC74HC08ADR2G Quad 2-Input AND Gate CMOS 2-6V SOIC-14 is a CMOS logic IC containing four independent 2-input AND gates.

Technical description

The MC74HC08A operates from 2V to 6V and is pin-compatible with LS08. Outputs can interface with CMOS, NMOS and TTL-compatible loads, while unused inputs must be tied to a defined logic level. The DR2G version is a Pb-free SOIC-14 tape-and-reel device.

Indicative applications

Suitable for logic gating, digital control, enable/interlock functions, signal qualification and embedded digital circuits.

Compatibility note

This is an HC-CMOS 2-6V device. Do not confuse it with the HCT version when TTL-compatible input thresholds at 5V are required.
