The Fairchild ISL9R860PF2 STEALTH Ultrafast Diode 8A 600V TO-220F-2L is an 8A 600V STEALTH ultrafast power diode with very fast recovery for PFC, SMPS and high-frequency converters.

Technical description

The ISL9R860PF2 is a low-reverse-recovery-charge power diode. The datasheet specifies 600V, 8A and typical reverse recovery of about 28ns.
