The National Semiconductor LM35DZ Precision Analog Temperature Sensor 10mV/°C 0-100°C TO-92 is a precision analog temperature sensor calibrated directly in degrees Celsius with a linear 10mV/°C output.

Technical description

The LM35DZ operates from 4-30V, draws less than approximately 60uA and requires no external calibration for basic use. The D-grade TO-92 version is suitable for 0-100°C.

Indicative applications

Suitable for thermometers, controllers, fan control, alarms, instrumentation, data acquisition and hobby/industrial temperature monitoring.

Compatibility note

The output scale is 10mV/°C with 0V corresponding theoretically to 0°C. Verify the TO-92 pinout before installation.
