The Motorola LM337T Adjustable Negative Linear Voltage Regulator -1.2 to -37V 1.5A TO-220 is an adjustable three-terminal negative linear regulator for supply rails up to 1.5A.

Technical description

The LM337T regulates negative output voltage from approximately -1.2V to -37V and includes internal current limiting and thermal protection. Maximum input-to-output differential is 40V. The T version is a through-hole TO-220 package.

Suitable for split audio power supplies, laboratory supplies, analog circuits, current regulators and negative auxiliary rails.

Compatibility note
