Technical description

The MCP2551 implements the ISO-11898 physical layer and operates from 4.5V to 5.5V. It provides High-Speed, Slope-Control and Standby modes via the RS pin, externally controlled slew rate for reduced RFI, permanent-dominant detection, brown-out protection and automatic thermal shutdown. The I/SN version is an industrial-temperature SOIC-8 device.
