The Jeil (JEDIA) AP-2000 Professional Stereo Power Amplifier 2x550W/8Ω 2x840W/4Ω 2U is a professional 2U two-channel power amplifier for PA and demanding sound installations, offering high output power and forced-air cooling.

Technical description

Documented AP-2000 output power is 2x550W at 8Ω, 2x840W at 4Ω and 2x1000W at 2Ω. The series uses fan cooling and protection against overheating, short circuit, inrush current and turn-on/turn-off transients, with clip indication. Frequency response is specified as 20Hz-20kHz (+0/-0.5dB), signal-to-noise ratio above 100dB, damping factor above 300 and total harmonic distortion below 0.08%.

Indicative applications

Suitable for professional PA, live sound, halls, theatres, clubs and installations with passive loudspeakers requiring a high-power stereo output stage.

Compatibility note
