The Intersil ICL7660ACPAZ CMOS Voltage Converter 1.5-12V PDIP-8 is a CMOS charge-pump DC/DC converter for inverting a positive supply to a negative voltage without an inductor.

Technical description

The ICL7660A uses a switched-capacitor charge pump and external capacitors for voltage inversion. It operates from 1.5-12V and the ACPAZ version is PDIP-8.
