The Energizer CR2 Photo Lithium Battery 3V 800mAh Li-MnO2 is a non-rechargeable 3V CR2 lithium battery with 800mAh typical capacity, designed for cameras and other high-pulse-drain devices.

Technical description

Energizer CR2 uses lithium/manganese dioxide (Li-MnO2) chemistry, has a typical weight of 11g and IEC CR2 dimensions of approximately 15.6mm maximum diameter and 27.0mm maximum height. The official datasheet specifies 1000mA maximum continuous discharge, up to 2500mA pulse discharge and an operating range from -40°C to +60°C. A PTC safety device limits current under short-circuit conditions.

Indicative applications

Suitable for cameras, flash units, torches, sensors, security systems and electronic devices requiring a 3V CR2 cell with high pulse capability.

Use only in devices requiring a 3V CR2 battery. It is not rechargeable. Do not use a charger and do not substitute another similarly sized format without verifying voltage, polarity and mechanical fit.
