CDIL2N 3055

The CDIL 2N3055 is a NPN transistor with a maximum VCEO of 60V and continuous collector current up to 15A.

Technical description

It uses a TO-3 package. Absolute maximum ratings are VCEO 60V, VCBO 100V and VEBO 7V. Maximum power dissipation is 115W (TC=25°C). These limits are not recommended operating conditions and do not all apply simultaneously.

It is used in power stages and circuits that require an NPN power transistor.
