INFINEONIR 2113PBF
The International Rectifier IR2113PBF is a dual-channel High-Side and Low-Side gate driver IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs, with a floating stage capable of operating up to 600V. It provides typical 2.5A source and 2.5A sink output current and is supplied in a Through Hole PDIP-14 package.
Technical description
The IR2113PBF features independent High-Side and Low-Side channels and uses junction-isolated level-shift technology for driving MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-voltage applications. Gate-driver supply voltage ranges from 10V to 20V and the floating channel is fully operational up to +600V.
The device provides typical 2.5A source and 2.5A sink output current, with approximately 120ns turn-on propagation delay and 94ns turn-off propagation delay. It features undervoltage lockout for both channels, 3.3V logic-compatible inputs, CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs and shutdown functionality.

Suitable for DC/DC converters, inverters, switching power supplies, UPS systems, motor drives, industrial power electronics, photovoltaic systems and half-bridge or high/low-side MOSFET and IGBT gate-drive circuits.
Compatibility note
Before replacement, verify the PDIP-14 package, pin configuration, 600V maximum operating voltage, 10-20V gate-driver supply range and circuit drive requirements. The IR2113PBF is a Through Hole version and should not be confused with related surface-mount SOIC versions.
