INFINEONIR 2110PBF
The International Rectifier IR2110PBF is a dual-channel High-Side and Low-Side gate driver IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs, featuring a floating stage designed for operation up to 500V. It provides high gate-drive output current and is supplied in a Through Hole PDIP-14 package for power electronics applications.
Technical description
The IR2110PBF features independent High-Side and Low-Side channels and uses junction-isolated level-shift technology for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage circuits. Gate-driver supply voltage ranges from 10V to 20V, while the floating channel is designed for operation up to +500V.
Infineon specifies typical 2.5A source and 2.5A sink output current, approximately 120ns turn-on propagation delay and 94ns turn-off propagation delay. The device features undervoltage lockout for both channels, 3.3V logic compatibility, CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs, shutdown functionality and matched propagation delay between both channels.

Suitable for inverters, switching power supplies, UPS systems, DC/DC converters, motor drives, industrial power electronics, photovoltaic systems and half-bridge or High-Side/Low-Side MOSFET and IGBT gate-drive circuits.
Compatibility note
Before replacement, verify the PDIP-14 package, pin configuration, 500V maximum floating-channel voltage, 10-20V gate-driver supply range and circuit requirements. The IR2110PBF is a Through Hole version and should not be confused with the 600V IR2113PBF or the surface-mount IR2110S versions.
