A digital voltmeter with LCD display which is suitable for measuring voltages between 0 and +199 Volts. The well known 7106 integrated circuit is used for this purpose. There is a low power consumption and the instrument can therefore operate for hours from a common 9 Volt battery. Its constructional simplicity and its reliability make this instrument ideal for use as a PANEL METER in power supply units.
