AG TermoPasty AGT-022 Graphite Varnish is a conductive graphite coating kit for repairing and restoring conductive surfaces and tracks in electronic circuits. The kit contains two 1.5ml vials, graphite varnish and solvent, and is particularly suitable for repairs in remote controls, calculators, controllers and PCBs with graphite contact surfaces.

Technical description

AGT-022 is used to create or restore thin electrically conductive layers where the original graphite coating has worn or become discontinuous. The supplied solvent allows preparation or adjustment of the material according to application requirements. Apply locally to a clean, dry surface and allow the conductive layer to dry before electrical testing or reassembly.

Typical applications

Suitable for repairing graphite contacts in remote controls and membrane keyboards, restoring breaks in fine conductive PCB tracks, and servicing calculators, game controllers and other electronic devices using conductive graphite surfaces.

Compatibility note

The product is intended for low-current repairs and conductive surfaces and does not replace copper tracks or wiring in high-current circuits. Grease, dust and loose residues should be removed from the repair area before application.
