ACM-3100 Series is the first MPEG-4 SuperCMOS IP dome camera in the world. With the superior CMOS sensor which has great low lux performance, and ACTi took full advantage of this outstanding performance by adding a mechanical InfraRed cut filter, hence creating a CMOS IP dome camera that can deliver true color with low light performance down to 0.1 lux and equivalent picture quality to traditional CCD low lux cameras. To further enhance the cost-performance value to the customer in addition to the superior picture quality provided, ACTi's ACM-3100 Series provides bandwidth and storage saving MPEG-4 compression while also featuring Power over Ethernet to allow customers save cabling and installation costs.
