SigmaSXP-48

The SIGMA SXP-48 is an 868MHz wireless zone expansion module for S-PRO alarm control panels, designed for adding wireless detectors, magnetic contacts and remote controls to the system.

Technical description

The module can support from 8 up to 32 wireless peripherals, depending on the control panel model to which it is connected. It supports magnetic contacts, PIR detectors, dual-technology PIR/MW detectors, smoke detectors, water leak detectors and other compatible wireless peripherals.

It can also support up to 16 wireless remote controls. Connection to the alarm control panel is made through the S-BUS using 3 wires.

To improve wireless reception, the SXP-48 can be installed up to 100m away from the alarm control panel, allowing the installer to select a more suitable reception point.

Typical applications

Suitable for homes, retail stores, offices and commercial installations requiring the expansion of an S-PRO alarm panel with wireless zones, without installing new wiring to each detector.

Compatibility note

Designed for SIGMA S-PRO alarm control panels. It is compatible only with keypads running firmware version 5.00 or later. The maximum number of wireless peripherals depends on the model and capacity of the control panel.
