The Sigma PGM 8 is a programmable PGM output expansion board for Sigma alarm control panels. It adds 8 additional programmable outputs, which can be used for auxiliary commands, status indications, relay activation or automation functions, depending on the programming and capabilities of the main control panel.

Technical description

The PGM-08 is used when the built-in PGM outputs of the control panel are not sufficient for the installation requirements. It operates from 12VDC and connects to a compatible Sigma panel to expand the available control outputs. The PGM outputs can be programmed for functions such as armed status, alarm, fault, zone activation, partition activation or other functions supported by the panel.

Compatibility note

The PGM 8 is a programmable output expansion module and does not operate as a standalone alarm control panel. Before installation, compatibility with the specific Sigma panel, correct 12VDC supply, wiring method, allowed load type and proper output programming must be verified. For power loads, a suitable relay or interface circuit is required.
