The MEAN WELL LRS-150-24 Switching Power Supply 24VDC 6.5A 156W is an industrial single-output AC/DC power supply providing a nominal 24VDC output, up to 6.5A current and 156W output power, designed for automation, electronic equipment and control-system applications.

Technical description

The LRS-150-24 belongs to the MEAN WELL LRS-150 series and features a low-profile 30mm perforated metal enclosure. Output voltage can be adjusted by the integrated potentiometer from 21.6VDC to 28.8VDC, with a nominal rating of 24VDC / 6.5A. Typical efficiency reaches 89% and cooling is achieved by free-air convection without a fan.

The AC input is selected by switch for 115VAC or 230VAC operation, providing an operating range of 85-132VAC or 170-264VAC respectively. A 240-370VDC input is also supported with the selector set to 230VAC. The power supply includes short-circuit, overload, output overvoltage and over-temperature protection, together with an LED power-on indicator.

Compatibility note
