The Piergiacomi TRE-03NB is a precision PCB cutter with flush / semi-flush cutting style, 138mm length and copper wire cutting capacity up to O1.30mm / 16AWG, suitable for electronics, PCB work, service and precision applications.

The TRE-03NB is designed as a simplified version of the Piergiacomi TR 25, while maintaining the main functional characteristics for clean cutting of components and leads in electronic applications. Its lightweight and ergonomic construction makes it suitable for continuous use in laboratories, production lines and technical PCB work.

Technical description
The TRE-03NB is a flush cutting edge cutter with 2.5mm steel thickness, 138mm tool length, 3kg cutting force and Grip model S handle. It is suitable for cutting copper wire up to O1.30mm / 16AWG and is intended for cutting component leads, terminals and small-section wires in electronic applications.

Typical applications
Suitable for trimming component leads after soldering on PCBs, electronics service work, assembly tasks, cutting fine copper wires, small cables, cable ties and other small technical materials in precision applications.

Compatibility note
Before use, material type and cutting diameter must be checked. The specified copper wire cutting limit is O1.30mm / 16AWG. It should not be used for harder materials or larger diameters beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
